This project was for Nottingham Playhouse's National Theatre Connections Project 'You 2.0'. The brief was to design a performance for the main stage of the Play house with a budget of £400 and costume 19 members of the cast. Along with this it was specified that no projection was to be involved in the performance of any sense.

The production was base on a script by the NT about Strangers Martha and Isaac who find themselves forced into playing ‘YOU 2.0’, a new therapy video game designed to help players  access their better selves. As they tackle the levels in two player mode, the pair form an unlikely friendship behind the anonymity of their gaming avatars, but their impact on each other’s lives goes much deeper than the game.

The show follows many themes, some of which being relationships, gaming and the most crucial, mental health.

The show's staging and costumes were designed entirely by myself as well as the set being built by myself with some help from our technician in the university, and the props & set dressing sourced by myself also.
