Collaborative Carnival

For this collaborative project we worked in collaboration with the costume design students in order to create a carnival procession concept to represent 'something important that the world needs'.

We chose to focus on global understanding.

Final concept for a carnival float and costume

We chose to represent global understanding through the use of flowers and bee's. Our costumes were to come together to represent understanding and create a bouquet, with bee floats surrounding them with the words that each individual flower represents decorated into the wings.

My chosen flower was the Iris, conveying Wisdom and Respect.
